After removing our Exchange 2007 Public Folder servers we also noticed the error below in an EXBPA report. No end user issues occurred as a result. This was also mainly just a cleanup item
The public folder store where offline address book ‘Default Offline Address List’ is hosted has been deleted. Current public folder store: ‘domain.com/Configuration/Deleted Objects/PublicFolderStore

The fix for this particular issue is to go to Organization Configuration -> Mailbox -> Offline Address Book tab. Right click on Default Offline Address List and go to properties. Click on the Distribution tab and uncheck both Outlook 98 options under Client Support and also uncheck “Enable public folder distribution”
Click apply then OK. Go back into the distribution tab and place a check back in both Outlook 98 options under Client Support and “Enable public folder distribution”
Run another EXBPA report and the error message should be cleared out.
