While the green arrow is in place you cannot start the migration again. In order to restart the mailbox move you have to clear out the value in AD that causes the green arrow to appear. The green arrow I am referring to looks like this.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove4.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2850\" alt=\"Capturemove4\" src=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove4.png\" width=\"175\" height=\"19\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>To clear out the value in your AD that is causing this you can do the following:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Open ADSIEDIT -&gt; Default naming context<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove3.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2851\" alt=\"Capturemove3\" src=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove3.png\" width=\"867\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove3.png 867w, https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove3-300x69.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 867px) 100vw, 867px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Locate the OU that the affected user is in, <\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">right-click\u00a0the object and go to Properties<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><br \/>\nLocate the attribute called msExchMailboxMoveRemoteHostName. Click on edit<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2852\" alt=\"Capturemove1\" src=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove1.png\" width=\"424\" height=\"461\" srcset=\"https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove1.png 424w, https:\/\/pipe2text.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/Capturemove1-275x300.png 275w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><br \/>\nClick on clear. Then click ok, apply and ok again.
